Refunds & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will only receive a 50% refund.
Should you wish to reschedule, we will try our best to accommodate you, but availability may vary.
No refund will be given if we arrive and you are not available at the agreed location, or if service is delayed due to issues on your premises.
Safety
You are responsible for ensuring the session location is clean, obstruction-free, well-lit, and ventilated.
Children and pets must be kept at a safe distance to avoid accidents.
Access to running water and electricity may be required.
If you are pregnant or have medical contraindications, please inform us in advance.
Our advisors/hairdressers reserve the right to cancel without refund if conditions are unsafe.
Appointment Time
We value punctuality and will always aim to arrive on time.
If delays occur due to traffic or circumstances beyond our control, we will keep you updated.
- If we are delayed and you cannot wait, no refund will be given, but we will reschedule at a convenient time.
- If we arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may request a free reschedule or a full refund.
Payment
A deposit is required when booking to confirm your appointment.
We accept debit and credit cards; alternative payment methods can be arranged upon request.
Add-ons
Add-on services may require extra time and incur additional costs.
Advisors/hairdressers will assess for contraindications (e.g., skin or scalp issues) during consultation before performing certain services.
Products Used
Recommended products may be suggested by your advisor/hairdresser.
Use of these products is at your own risk.
Purchases can be made directly through the advisor or online. Product costs do not include additional services.
Parking Charges
If parking fees are required at your location, the client is responsible for covering these costs (e.g., private parking, meters, permits).
Travel Charges
We will do our best to assign a local advisor/hairdresser.
If additional travel costs apply, these will be included in your quoted price.
Upon request, a detailed breakdown of charges can be provided before booking.
