We use Royal Mail to ship all of our UK orders. The estimated delivery time for this service is 2-7 working days.
International Orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked Standard please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
A parcel is not considered ‘lost’ until 21 days post dispatch
Custom Fees (Including Duty)
You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your international order
Please note, failure to clear custom fees will result in a returns charge, which will have to be deducted from the refund amount.

Returned to Sender: Shipping Policy
Renew Skin Care Studio’s policy regarding orders returned to us due to incorrect address input by the customer is as follows:
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: Orders that are returned to Renew Skin Care Studio as undeliverable due to incorrect address input by the customer will not be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during the ordering process is accurate and up to date. Renew Skin Care Studio will not be held liable for orders that are returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Address Confirmation: Prior to finalizing an order, customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of the shipping address entered. Renew Skin Care Studio will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect address information provided by the customer
- Order Delay: you will not be eligible for a refund if your order been dispatched but there is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control
By placing an order with Renew Skin Care Studio the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this “Returned to Sender: Shipping Policy.”

Refunds/ Delivery/shipping For Wigs
Wig Refund
Delivery charges to Europe and the Rest of the World will vary. Renew skin care studio will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. A signature will be required on delivery, we suggest a work address if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery. If for some reason you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card from the courier with details on how to arrange a re-delivery. Renew hair Care Studio does not accept any responsibility for lost parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for or marked as delivered.
Worldwide orders are sent using an International Signed For service. All services require a signature upon delivery; someone should be at the delivery address to receive the item. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address has been entered fully and correctly at checkout. Once an order has been placed we are unable to change the delivery address due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
Delivery for wigs
For premium wigs, the processing time frame is 1-4 working days after order confirmation except weekends and holidays, after you place an order, you will receive the wig within 3-14 working days.(Includes custom wig)
Processing Time Frame for medical wigs:
For non-curly wigs, processing time takes 3-5 working days.
For curly wigs, processing time about 7-14 working days.
* Customization Service (Deep bleached /Fake Scalp) needs processing time about 3-6 business extra.
After we finished processing your hair (Regular Processing Time as above), it usually takes 4-7 working days for shipping.
